Queen Mary University needed a better way to promote their meal plan packages to students living in their halls of residence
Before using Browzer Engage to promote the meal packages at the university, sales were slow and sporadic. There wasn't a central hub for information that students actively used on a daily basis, so engaging the students was a challenge.
Secondly, it wasn't always clear to the students what the different packages were and how they could buy them, and the university needed a way to simplify this information and present it to students in an engaging manner.
The Browzer platform is easy to access whenever, wherever, and contains a mix of useful articles and video, created specifically for your students. Browzer Engage is also directly linked to email and social media, which means you can easily push content out to these other platforms from one central place.
For Queen Mary, we added the content to Browzer Engage and sent an email notification from the platform to the students. With a single click, the students could choose the meal plan package they wanted and make the purchase then and there!
Queen Mary's Browzer Engage platform has gone from strength to strength since launching in 2020, with users and engagement figures increasing each year.
The platform helped give Residential Life a presence at the university, providing key information and signposting to everything the department offers students in halls, as well as providing a way for students to connect with each other through events and peer to peer content.
