How we helped our PBSA client go from 10% - 100% capacity

We successfully generated booking leads targeting Arab students in numerous Arab states.

YPP needed to promote their new student accommodation to their target demographic of Arab students in order to increase brand awareness and room bookings.  The challenge was to get enough booking leads to help fill their properties despite being late in the sales cycle.

Our Solution

We ran a series of ads campaigns on Meta and Youtube which specifically targeted students in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Egypt. We worked with current Arab YPP residents to film bespoke ad assets, recorded both in Arabic and English, which showcased the YPP property as well as student life in the city. We ran both engagement-focussed campaigns and lead generation campaigns in order to achieve both objectives. The ads took students directly to the property listings page where they could book their room.

Our Results

In just under 3 months we had reached 1.1 million users and accounted for over 35% of the total traffic to the property landing page. Our Click Through Rate was considerably higher than the industry average (0.99%) for the majority of the campaign, with a peak of 8.74%. The property bookings increased dramatically, taking them from 10% to 100% capacity at the end of the 3 month period.
