Case Study

Offer all students a personalised experience through Browzer Engage

The University of Leeds understands that no two students experience university life in the same way. That’s why they’ve used Browzer Engage to create a series of bespoke content landing pages designed to speak directly to specific student groups.

Working in collaboration with both staff and students, the university has developed tailored landing pages for:

- Asian students

- Black students

- LGBTQ+ students

- Disabled students

- Muslim students

- Students with families

Each landing page includes around nine carefully curated Stories, covering everything from university support to living life in the city of Leeds. These landing pages go beyond the generic with highly relevant content such as recommended hair and beauty salons for Black students, guides to accessible shopping centres for disabled students, and government support for students with families.

Since launching in 2023, the university has continued to develop and expand this work year-on-year, ensuring the content stays relevant, timely, and aligned with the changing needs of its diverse student population.

Residence Life Leeds

The Result

These stories have collectively received over 10,000 page views, since July 2023 with content promoted strategically throughout the year to align with key moments in the student journey — such as LGBTQ+ History Month or arrivals. These stories are tools to make students feel at home.
